As a part of New York Fashion Week’s lively lineup, Nordic-named brand ÖHLIN/D held their Spring/Summer 2017 presentation today at the Highline Stages in the heart of Chelsea. Founded in 2013, this socially conscious company only uses materials from environmentally friendly sources.
Upon entering the presentation room, I was met with whimsical electronic music and a crowd of exceptionally well-dressed people. The ÖHLIN/D models posed in front of convincing faux hedges, showing off the playful, airy designs of the collection. Meanwhile, guests mingled in the midst of many fashion week bodies, each impeccably stylized by their own design.
